Because every piece is handcrafted in small batches, we take a little time to get your order right before it leaves us. Once it is on its way, we share your tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Order processing

• In-stock pieces are packed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.
• Made-to-order pieces take a little longer, usually 2 to 4 weeks. We always tell you the timeline before you pay.
• You receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery cost

• Delivery within Pakistan is calculated by your city and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Most local deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• International shipping is confirmed on WhatsApp by destination. Any customs duties are set by your country and paid by the recipient.

Weather, customs, and courier delays are sometimes out of our hands. If your order ever seems delayed or lost, message us and we will chase it with you until it is sorted.

Peetal Bagh is slow fashion, not fast. Every piece is made by hand in limited numbers, which is part of what makes it yours. For that reason we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We only accept a return when a piece reaches you with a genuine making fault or is damaged in transit.

If something is wrong, here is what we need

• Message us within 5 days of receiving your order, with a photo or short video of the issue.
• The piece should be unused and in its original condition, with its dust bag, box, and anything it arrived with.
• Please wait for us to confirm before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
• Every returned piece is gently inspected once it reaches us, so we can make it right for you.

Small, natural variations in the brass, its tone, and its patina are not faults, they are the character of a handmade piece.

• Once your returned piece is received and inspected, we offer you a replacement of the same design where possible, or a refund.
• Refunds are made by bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving the piece.
• Where a fault is our doing, we cover the return shipping too. We will never leave you out of pocket for something that was on us.

Because we are a slow-fashion house, not a warehouse. Each piece is made by hand in small drops, and we would rather help you choose the right one from the start than encourage buying on impulse. Ask us anything before you order, sizes, tones, how a piece sits, and we will guide you honestly.

Very close, but not identical, and that is the beauty of it. Peetal is a living metal. It is worked by hand, so tone, finish, and the play of light vary a little from piece to piece, and it gathers a soft patina over the years. These are marks of a real, handmade heirloom, not flaws.

Gently. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, and keep it away from water, perfume, and lotion. A little patina over time is natural and, to us, part of its story.

Add the pieces you love to your bag and check out on the site, your details and delivery are captured there, and you get an order number. Then simply transfer the total to our bank account and send us the screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp. That is it, we take it from there.

Yes, and we love when you do. Your piece arrives gift-ready in its dust bag and box. On our special pieces we can also emboss a small, private message inside, a name, a date, a few words, so it carries a little more of your story to whoever receives it.
